2. Description of Service
HarvestLinkPro is a marketplace platform that connects agricultural landowners ("Farmers") with custom harvesting crews and operators ("Operators"). We provide a venue for Farmers to post jobs and for Operators to offer their services.
Important: HarvestLinkPro is not a party to any agreement between Farmers and Operators. We do not provide harvesting services ourselves. Any contract for services is directly between the Farmer and the Operator.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your password and account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1. Operator Fees
While basic access may be free during our beta period, specific features for Operators (such as "Operator Pro") may require payment of subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Beta Period
"Operator Basic" and "Operator Pro" tiers may be offered for free during our initial launch ("Beta Period"). We reserve the right to introduce pricing for these tiers with 30 days prior notice.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Post false or misleading information.
- Interfere with the proper working of the Services.
- Attempt to bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services.
6. Disclaimers
No Warranty: The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Operator Verification: While we may verify certain information provided by Operators, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services they provide. Farmers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarvestLinkPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
